Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible. Our classes meet weekly during the school year for 30 weeks. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, fellowship meals will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.

MON at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

We offer in-person class meetings each Monday from 10am-12pm at The Heights Baptist Church, as well as, evening virtual options via Zoom each Monday from 7pm - 8pm.

We will meet Sept. 14, 2026 - May 3, 2027.

Currently Studying: James, Genesis

The epistle James is one of the most practical books in the Bible. This course’s lessons encourage each class member to lead a more consistent, caring Christian life and to explore the practical application of faith in family and society.

Although Genesis is an ancient book, it speaks to some of the biggest questions we have today: Is there a God? If so, what is He like? Why is there evil in the world? Why are we here, and where can we find purpose and hope? In this course, which covers the first 22 chapters of Genesis, participants will see that God created a beautiful world and gave people a noble calling in His creation. It explains how our world was fractured by human rebellion and presents the beginnings of God’s plan to put everything back together.
